How we work
How we work
1. Firstly Addressing basic needs: In many cases, individuals living in poverty face significant challenges in meeting their basic needs, such as food, shelter, and healthcare. Providing support for these needs can help to create a stable foundation for educational success.
2. Access to quality education: Ensuring that all individuals have access to high-quality educational opportunities can help to level the playing field and provide opportunities for upward mobility. This may involve investing in public schools, expanding access to higher education, and providing training and resources for educators.
3. Skills-based training: Providing training and education that is specifically geared toward developing skills such as accounting, for entrepreneurs, or specific skills such as math and english qualifications, that are in demand in the job market can help to increase individuals’ earning potential and provide pathways out of poverty.
4. Empowering communities: Engaging with and empowering local communities can help to ensure that educational initiatives are tailored to the specific needs and contexts of the individuals and communities they serve.
